The Western Bulldogs Cheer Squad is an institution of the AFL. They can be found at all Western Bulldogs games and are located behind the goals at the Bulldogs end of the ground. For Marvel home games the Cheer Squad can be found in aisle 25 at the Footscray End (Lockett End).
Summary of what the cheer squad is
All Cheer Squad Members have an important role and that’s to cheer for our Club and players no matter what the game result. They motivate the crowd with their chanting and flags as well as creating the banner the team run through each week.
What the benefits are
The opportunity to be centre stage at all grounds where the Western Bulldogs play, access to all social functions, access tickets to interstate games, use of Western Bulldogs equipment on game day (flags, floggers and patties), finals tickets eligibility should the Western Bulldogs compete, an experience you won’t get anywhere else
What expectations are
To be supportive of the Western Bulldogs at all matches. This includes the use of cheer squad flags and floggers, ensuring that behaviour is at all times a positive reflection of the professional standing of the club

Do I have to attend all games to be in the Cheer Squad?
It is not essential to attend all games to be in the Cheer Squad but we would like to see you at as many as possible.
How do I attend interstate games?
Cheer Squad members can purchase discounted tickets to interstate games via the Club. There generally go on-sale in March.
How do I attend away games in Melbourne?
Cheer Squad members with a 'home game' membership will not be able to sit in the Cheer Squad for away games in Melbourne (unless they are replacement games) To sit in the Cheer Squad for Melbourne away games members must purchase the away game add-on.
